Maintenance Notification: Microsoft 365 Authentication Servers Intermittent Availability, Tonight, 10 p.m. -11:30 p.m.

Tonight, from 10 p.m. until 11:30 p.m., ITSS will be updating the security certificates on the Microsoft 365 authentication servers. During this time, users who attempt to make new connections and receive a password/multi-factor authentication prompt to Microsoft 365 services may experience a brief inability to authenticate. If this scenario is encountered, please try authenticating after midnight. For any sessions already authenticated to a Microsoft 365 service (Outlook client, Outlook mobile app, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, or Teams) there should be no disruption to connectivity.
