My Time and Absence Request Changes Coming in HCM Beginning April 2
Due to an HCM upgrade occurring on April 2nd, there will be visible changes to the HCM system.
First, you will notice a slight change when clicking on the My Time tile from the HCM home page. From the My Time page, when clicking Request Absence on the left navigation, you will now see a tile on the request absence page that shows all previously approved absences. A menu is available with available actions when clicking on the three dots in the bottom right corner of that tile. Finally, if you click on the squares in the right corner, you can see your absence balances on the Request Absence Page. Managers will also have this additional functionality when approving absences.
