CATE Introduces Webinar on ChatGPT: Challenges and Possibilities for Teaching and Learning, April 21
The Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE) introduces a Zoom Webinar on ChatGPT: The Challenges and Possibilities for Teaching and Learning on Friday, April 21.
Todd Zakrasjek, a renowned educator; faculty developer; author of several books (e.g., Advancing Online Learning, The New Science of Learning, Dynamic Lecturing, and Teaching At Its Best) and director of four Lilly Conferences on College and University Teaching will be the presenter. Todd’s work is also available on TED-talks and podcasts.
In this talk, Todd will focus on the pros and cons of ChatGPT and how faculty can make use of this and similar AI tools. He will also help us to rethink our courses and touch a bit on current trends in higher education in general.
