Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
As a federal contractor, NOVA is required to comply with certain nondiscrimination and affirmative action recordkeeping and reporting requirements. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we are required to ask all our employees to update their information every five years. To meet this requirement, we invite employees to complete the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form by Monday, July 3, 2023.
Please note that self-identification is voluntary and confidential. Every employee has the option of choosing “I Don’t Wish to Answer.” Although the submission of this information is helpful, the refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse action or affect your employment status in any way. The information obtained will be kept confidential and will only be used for statistical reporting to the federal government.
