Loaner Laptop Program for Students Still Going Strong

As the spring 2023 semester comes to an end and the summer 2023 term gets ready to start next week, the Loaner Laptop Program for all NOVA students keeps rolling along. Our military and veteran program advisors VERITAS military and veteran liaisons, veteran center coordinator and our campus education support specialists across all campuses continue to not only sign out loaner laptops for the upcoming summer term, but they are also processing the return of countless loaner laptops. Many of these returned laptops were mailed to students during the early days of the program, proving to be a beneficial learning tool when NOVA pivoted to virtual learning during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Students who currently have a NOVA loaner laptop and are enrolled for summer 2023 classes may request to keep their laptop for the summer term if they haven’t already made that request. (NOVA enrollment will be verified before approval to keep a laptop is given). For new students submitting a request, they must be enrolled in classes before their request is approved. Upon approval, students will receive an email from the veteran center coordinator with pick-up information to include preferred campus and office location as well as days and times of availability.
