Renew All Existing Telework Agreements by July 14
The portal to renew current Telework Agreements is now open and will remain open through Friday, July 14, 2023. Here is the link to Form 105-109D.
Employees with Telework Agreements that were approved from May 2022 through June 2023 may submit a request to renew their Telework Agreement during this time period. For example, if you were approved for telework in February 2023, you must now submit a request to renew your Telework Agreement to remain eligible. Once the renewal has been fully approved, it will be active from July 1 to June 30 unless there is a change in the college business need, the EWP, or performance/productivity issues.
Requests for renewal will be accepted for employees who have an approved Telework Agreement on file to telework one day a week and employees who have an approved Telework Agreement on file to telework for more than one day a week. Failure to renew your approved Telework Agreement during the renewal period can result in the loss of telework. Individuals eligible for telework but who do not currently have an approved Telework Agreement on file will be able to submit a request later this summer.
Any updates that need to be made to your previously approved Telework Agreement, including the day of the week you are approved to telework or your alternative work assignment address, must be included on the renewal form. All updates will be reviewed by your supervisor and Human Resources prior to final approval.
