Updated Pathway Councils with Dean Assignments for the 2023-24 Academic Year
In 2022, NOVA organized our Pathway Councils around the VCCS’s Career Pathways (see Column 1 in the chart below). After the initial pilot, and in consultation with the Academic Deans, Provosts, and VPAA/CAO, some of the Pathway Councils have been subdivided to ensure more support from a Pathway Dean. Additionally, NOVA is welcoming four newly hired deans and has two new interim deans, so the pathway assignments have been updated accordingly. The chart below outlines the deans assigned to lead each Pathway Council for the upcoming academic year:
