Report an Accessibility Barrier

The College has a duty and a desire to ensure that all people have access to our services. To that end, the Accessibility Working Group has developed the Report an Accessibility Barrier Form. The form can be completed by faculty, staff, students or visitors to assist in identifying and addressing physical, website and programmatic barriers to participation.

Submission of this form does not constitute a formal complaint, grievance or request for academic or workplace accommodation. It should not be used to submit a formal request for accommodation.
