New Financial Aid Support Center Hours Effective Today, August 1

The Financial Aid Support Center hours are changing. Effective today, August 1, live chat and phone support provided by Financial Aid Support Center agents will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Students will still be able to submit a web case or access the self-help portal at https://mysupport.nvcc.edu 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to get answers to their questions related to financial aid and student accounts. Students may also still email the Financial Aid Office at finaidsupport@nvcc.edu or visit a Campus Financial Aid Office during normal business hours.
