Update: Super Saturday Is August 19! Student Services Offices (Except MEC) Open

It is almost time to welcome our new and continuing Nighthawks back to campus for fall 2023. NOVA “Super Saturday” will offer one-stop access to student services and class registration at all NOVA campuses, in-person and virtually, on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with one exception: MEC Campus will be closed on Super Saturday. All other campuses will be open. Team members from MEC will be assisting on other campuses.

Super Saturday is the last push for enrollment before classes begin, and it is geared toward assisting prospective and current students with their final preparation for the upcoming semester. On this day, Student Services offices and virtual services will be open to serve students needing assistance with preparation for fall 2023 classes, including completion of the NOVA application, advising and course registration, paying tuition, accommodation services, international services and military/veteran services.

We are also seeking your assistance with the following as it pertains to your area:

Division/Department

Needed Request

Academic Affairs
  • Academic Departments Deans/Associate Deans to assist students with Course Repeat Request, Course Waivers/Substitutions, Prerequisite Overrides, Enrollment Permissions, etc.

NOVA Card, Parking Services
  • Provide students with NOVA Card ID and assistance with parking service options.

IT Support/Help Desk
  • Provide students with assistance with Multi-Factor Authentication [MFA], MyNOVA Sign-In Issues, WiFi Connectivity Issues, etc.

Business Office
  • Assistance with tuition payment plans, third-party billing, payment by cash/check/etc.

Bookstore         
  • Assist students with selecting books and supplies.
