August 31, 2023 / Our Nighthawks

Help NOVA students or alumni discover an incredible opportunity that provides up to $87,000 in academic funding over two years to complete an IT-related bachelor’s degree. The Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship is a two-year fellowship program funded by the U.S. Department of State, with a path to a career in the foreign service by providing academic funding for an IT-related degree, internships, professional development and mentorship–culminating in an appointment to the foreign service as an information management specialist (IMS).

You can learn more and encourage students to attend an information session sponsored by Community Colleges for International Development (CCID).

Register today for a virtual information session to learn more Tuesday, September 19 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m.

If you’d like to read a first-hand account of the benefits of this fellowship, read FAIT Fellow Iyouel Endashaw’s story.
