VIVA Textbook Portal Made Easy!

Have you used the VIVA Faculty Textbook Portal? The portal facilitates building textbook affordability into your classes. Click here for the link to the portal and a video from your NOVA Libraries explaining how to use it. 

Scroll about halfway down the page, watch the video titled “VIVA Faculty Portal” and then enter the portal to explore the many online textbooks you can choose to use with your students, free of charge, from VIVA.

Remember, you can take these steps to boost student use:

• Include the link in your syllabus
• Include the link on Canvas 
• Email the information to your students
• Ask the bookstore to update the book’s listing from “required” to “recommended”
