AL-AFA Gallery to Host Debra Wright Exhibit, Artist Reception, Sept. 20

NOVA Alexandria Campus’ AFA Gallery will host Trigger Warning: The Art of Debra Wright from September 18 through October 11. There will be an Artist Talk and Reception on Wednesday, September 20, from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Debra Wright’s current body of work reflects her dep commitment to social justice, human rights and the pursuit of personal identity.  Utilizing found objects as her primary medium, Debra’s concepts convey commentary on social issues while encouraging introspection and community engagement.
