Day 2 Walker Wisdom: Make Walking Par tof Your Routine.  3 Bullets: 1. Try to make walking a routine. adopting a consistent walking routine builds structure and helps keep you on track. 2.Be intentional about identifying a few times throughout the day when you can squeeze in a walk without disrupting your schedule. Think of it as "walkjng around the clock." 3. As with any new physical fitness routine, it is important to go at your own pace and aim for steady incremental progress. Tiny tweaks lead to big changes. One circle contains the NOVA Walk Week green flyer with diverse people walking.
