At this year’s ACE Conference, we have a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the individuals who are the driving force behind our success. These are the individuals who go above and beyond, making a significant difference while creating a strong sense of belonging within our NOVA community. Recognizing and appreciating their efforts is not just a small gesture but a vital step in enhancing employee engagement.
