Tea Okropiridze’s Solo Exhibition at Waddell, Artist’s Reception, Tonight at 5

The Waddell Gallery at NOVA’s Loudoun Campus is excited to announce Tea Okropiridze’s solo exhibition Infinity. The show opened on Monday, October 9 and will remain on display until November 6. Please stop by to meet the artist for an opening reception this evening, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Waddell Art Gallery on the Loudoun Campus.

Infinity will feature two distinct types of fiber arts: tapestry weaving and silk fusion. Tea believes art transcends verbal communication, unifying individuals regardless of their origins, cultures or religions. Through her creations, she seeks to convey the vivid images and emotions she has experienced, whether positive or negative, while allowing the audience the freedom to interpret and personally connect with her visual representations.
