Learn the Importance of UDL and Digital Accessibility, Tomorrow, Oct. 19
Last month, Accommodations and Accessibility Services brought more than 40 members of the NOVA community together to discuss Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in the built environment. This month, the department would like to bring together even more members of our community to discuss UDL and digital accessibility.
Join your NOVA colleagues on Thursday, October 19, from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. to learn strategies for making the learning systems and materials used at NOVA accessible to all. This interactive session on Universal Design for Learning and Digital Accessibility will be led by Dr. Korey Singleton from George Mason University’s Assistive Technology Initiative.
The registration link is available here. Faculty and staff will have the opportunity to attend this event either in person or via Zoom. You may view the link to select the meeting location that suits you best.
