Rooted in Compassion: Navigating Life’s Challenges, Today at 3
It’s no secret that all of our lives have been impacted by personal, national and global challenges. From family problems to international events, sometimes it feels like we’re facing crisis after crisis with no relief. How do we cope? Come learn strategies and share your ideas with panelists from the Office of Wellness and Mental Health and the Annandale Center for Contemplative Practice! Our panel of speakers, moderated by Sherrene DeLong (DEI Event Coordinator, Office of DEI), will include Regina Sanders, Cheri Lemieux Spiegel and Paul Fitzgerald. During this session, we will talk about how to support each other and our students during times of crisis by rooting ourselves in compassion, even when we may disagree.
Sponsored by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, this Food for Thought webinar will be held today, October 31, from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m.
