NOVA Police Officers Lend a Helping Hand to a Student

November 16, 2023 / Faculty/Staff Highlights

On Friday, November 3, while NOVA Police Officers were on bicycle patrol on the Annandale Campus, they encountered a student who had experienced a flat tire on his bike. NOVA Officers Tyrone Limos and Mark Achacoso quickly came to the aid of the student. Although the student didn’t have the necessary supplies to repair his flat tire on that day, he did return to campus days later with the necessary supplies, which Officers Limos and Achacoso used to repair the flat and get him back on the road safely. Just another example of how NOVA Police go above and beyond to serve our NOVA community! Job well done to both NOVA Officers!
