Centrally Funded Instructional Software Requests Due Dec. 8

The 2024–2025 Instructional Software Application Request Form is now available. Requests must be submitted electronically through NOVA Instructional Software Request (nvcc.edu). These requests are for instructional/curriculum software used by students as part of instruction in a course; they are not for presentation software, management software, software for website creation or other software not directly used by students as part of course content. This year, the Office of Academic Affairs will be responsible for the final approval of all instructional software requests. 

Tips for Submitting Requests: 

• The deadline for submitting requests is Friday, December 8, 2023.
• Requests must be submitted via the electronic form.
• Incomplete forms, forms not submitted electronically and forms without a division dean’s recommendation and priority ranking will be considered only if funds remain after all other software requests have been considered. 
• Late submissions will not be accepted for funding.
• You must submit a separate form for each software title, including any/all Adobe products.
