CommonHealth Virtual Turkey Trot Challenge. With the finish line in sight, it’s time to start thinking about patting yourself on the back for your efforts. Small rewards are powerful tools you can use to achieve success and reach your health goals. So plan a little something special to celebrate your accomplishments. Here are a few ideas to get you started.

If you have been participating in the Turkey Trot Challenge, make this week a little bit special by adding in an infused water or your favorite energizing snack after one of your activity days.
