Send Me a Winter Break Must-Read by Thurs., Dec. 7!

As I look toward a few quieter days over the upcoming winter break, I have the massive novel Wellness by Nathan Hill on my reading table. And, to keep me company on upcoming drives to meetings in Charlottesville and Roanoke, I have an even longer book, My Name is Barbra by Barbra Streisand, on my phone; at 48 hours, it will last through the holidays and probably into spring break, too.

Are there books you’re looking forward to reading — or gifting — over the holidays? Or books that you would recommend as perfect company for winter nights? New favorites or beloved classics?
