The Employee Financial Wellness Program provides resources to help you achieve financial independence. Please check out December’s financial wellness newsletter for details.
- Last Call! Virginia State Employee Loan Program (VSELP). Due to the success of the Employee Financial Wellness Program, the Virginia State Employee Loan Program (VSELP) will remain active throughout December 29. Click here to see if you’re eligible!
- CVC. The 2023 Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) is still going! Donate to your favorite CVC charity before the campaign ends on December 31. CVC donations are 100% tax deductible.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All health plans offered to state employees and their dependents have employee assistance programs (EAPs). Included are up to four sessions at no charge for such services as mental health, alcohol or drug abuse assessment, child or elder care, financial or grief counseling and legal services such as estate planning.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). State employees may be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer. - Discounts. Did you know you can get an employee discount on the Club Level Sam’s Club membership and pay only $20? The Railyard Dawgs are offering state employees discounted tickets at $12 each! Visit the employee discounts webpage to learn more and to take advantage of all the available discounts exclusively for you and your family. All available discounts are listed under the “Limited Time” offers section.
