National Healthy Weight Week Continues! Today’s National Healthy Weight Week tip is to make more healthy nutritional choices. For example, build healthy eating habits one goal at a time with the USDA Start Simple with MyPlate app. The Start Simple with MyPlate app is designed to engage and encourage Americans to build healthy eating habits over time. Users can set a variety of goals within the MyPlate food groups, view tips as idea starters to reach goals, follow progress as goals are completed, join fun challenges and earn social media shareable badges along the way.
