Reminder: Email Signature Branding

This is a friendly reminder to all faculty and staff that the College has a brand standard for all NOVA email signatures. Our email signatures are a simple yet effective way for us all to serve as brand ambassadors and continue to promote “One NOVA.” 

Below you’ll see a template of what your email signature should look like. To view the full list of email signature requirements and approved options — and to copy and paste the template displayed in the graphic below — please visit the NOVA brand site. Once you have copied and pasted the template, you can update with your personal details. Please note: When copying and pasting from the brand site, variations in font, size and color may occur between computers, devices, browsers, etc.
