National Museum of Asian Art to Offer Paid Summer Internships to NOVA Students

February 1, 2024 / Our Nighthawks

The Smithsonian National Museum of Asian Art (NMAA) is holding five paid summer internships for NOVA students. For the past two years, the NMAA has held 5 of its 10 summer internship slots exclusively for NOVA students. The Smithsonian Institution has intentionally expanded internship opportunities to community college students in an effort to make museum careers more accessible to a wider audience. This is a wonderful full-time (paid) summer opportunity for all majors.

Please encourage students from all programs to apply to the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Asian Art Summer 2024 Undergraduate Internship. Please also be prepared to help students with the application, which requires professional references. Details are provided in Career Connection. The application deadline is Friday, February 16.
