The Annandale Center for Contemplative Practice is thrilled to announce the opening of registrations for our upcoming workshop: “From Expertise Back to Inquiry: Using Curiosity, Compassion and Courage as Tools to Sustain and Transform Our Pedagogy. Join us at the Annandale Center for Contemplative Practice (CM-332) on Friday, February 16, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Question: What are the secrets to sustainable pedagogy?
The beginning of the spring semester is not just a midpoint in the academic year, it’s an opportunity for renewal and growth. At NOVA, we’ve dedicated decades to the pursuit of knowledge and excellence. Now let’s explore how to maintain our commitment to evolving with the changing demands of our roles while nurturing our wellbeing.

Workshop Highlights:
Rethink the nature of expertise, challenge the conventional growth mindset and tap into the wisdom within. Together, we’ll navigate our relationship with the classroom, drawing from shared learning, recent experiences, current needs and visions of the future.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to rejuvenate your teaching approach and connect with fellow educators. Let’s create an environment where curiosity, compassion and courage guide our pedagogical journey.

Register here.
