Financial Wellness Event: Tax Planning, Today at 1

February 21, 2024 / Get Well

Supporting your financial wellness as part of an overall wellbeing strategy is an evidence-based practice that helps everyone in the workplace thrive. NOVA’s Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) invites you to consider the following live and on-demand/just-in-time financial wellness resources offered in collaboration with DHRM, VRS, Virginia 529 and Corebridge Financial.

Financial concerns can significantly impact one’s ability to work productively. Financial stress can lead to sleepless nights, anxiety, an inability to focus, lower productivity and absenteeism. OEWW, recognizing the importance of proactively addressing concerns about uncertain economic situations, encourages you to take advantage of the many available resources to help you improve your financial wellness.

Live sessions are highly recommended because they allow you to ask questions about your specific financial circumstances. This month’s highlighted event is the Financial Fitness Boot Camp, a special session for NOVA employees on Wednesday, February 28, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Registration for the event is now open. Check out the chart below for more on this and other wellness offerings.
