DEI Common Read Working Group Seeks New Members

The DEI Common Read Working Group is looking for new members for the 2024–25 academic year. Anyone connected to NOVA may join the working group. Members of this group get to:

Help select the next DEI common read book for NOVA!
Help organize the plan for rolling out the book and supporting programming for students, staff and faculty.

The group will meet for an hour approximately twice per month (based on participants’ availability) beginning the week of March 18.

Next year’s theme is “Care,” one of NOVA’s core values. Care is demonstrated at NOVA through a culture of compassion where success and wellbeing are prioritized in our commitment to developing authentic relationships and providing resources to foster a supportive and thriving community.
