Faculty Volunteers Needed for Ad Hoc Grievance Panel

Human Resources is looking for faculty volunteers to be part of the pool of candidates to serve on ad hoc grievance panels during the 2024 calendar year. Per VCCS Policy 3.13 — Alternative Dispute Resolution and Grievance Procedures, to be eligible you must be a faculty member (teaching, professional or administrative). The makeup of a panel is determined by the classification of the faculty member who files the grievance. Individuals who volunteer to be part of the pool will be randomly selected when a grievance is filed, barring any conflicts of interest.
