New Digital Image Release Forms

NOVA is going digital with image release forms! That’s right — the days of distributing, signing and archiving paper image release forms at events will soon be gone. NOVA’s communications team would like to thank those who assisted with the development and testing of this new tool.

For general, one-off events, please use the “General 2024” link, which can be shared via email with your students or with guests visiting the College. The QR code below also links to the general release form. 

Once the image release form is filled out and signed, the signer will receive an email confirmation. Individuals under age 18 will be directed to a different page, where they can put their parent or guardian email address. (The parent or guardian will then need to sign and return the form sent to their email.)
