Monday Campaign: Heart Health Month in Review

How we treat our hearts — both literally and figuratively — matters! The heart is one of the hardest-working muscles in the body; it beats around the clock, getting a bit of a break only when we really relax or sleep. With so much riding on this essential muscle, it’s vital to ensure we’re doing all we can to keep it in good shape. This past month, we’ve learned more about our own heart health, as well as heart-healthy behaviors to add to our daily routines. We kicked the month off by showing up and rocking our red — and we looked great! The past few weeks have focused on proven habits for reducing the risk of heart disease. As February comes to a close, let’s review Heart Health Month tips with help from the Monday Campaigns and other heart health partners.
