High School Grads Enrolled at NOVA: New Report from OSI

NOVA’s Office of Strategic Insights (OSI) recently published a report, 2022–23 Northern Virginia Public High School Graduates Enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023. This research brief presents data on students who graduated from Northern Virginia public high schools in 2022–23 and enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023. Some of the key findings are as follows:

  • Among all 2022–23 Northern Virginia public high school graduates, 18% enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023.
  • Manassas Park City Schools had the highest percentage of 2022–23 high school graduates who enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023 (27%).
  • The Woodbridge Campus and Manassas Campus service areas had the highest percentage of 2022–23 high school graduates who enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023 (22%).
  • The Annandale Campus service area had the lowest percentage of 2022–23 high school graduates who enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023 (15%).
  • The high schools with the highest percentage of 2022–23 graduates who enrolled at NOVA in Fall 2023 were Freedom High School (Prince William) (29%), Annandale High School (28%), John Lewis High School (27%), Manassas Park High School (27%), Woodbridge High School (27%), Potomac Falls High School (26%), and Falls Church High School (26%).
