Form to Request New E-Form Now Available in NOVA Support Portal
The Customer Engagement Unit is excited to announce the release of the e-Form Request Form; this allows users to submit a request to either (1) have our unit modernize existing form(s) and business processes or (2) create a new web-based form and flow. The new form is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the efficiency of operations, streamline current business processes and modernize the forms experience. The form is now available through the service catalog in the NOVA Support Portal:
