Thrive in 5 with TimelyCare. Download the TimelyCare app and register with your school email address to access resources in just five minutes. Do it now so that when you need additional support, you’ll be ready to go. All employees are eligible! 

Did you know that TimelyCare features a variety of health and wellbeing resources that can be accessed in less than five minutes? In the time between meetings or eating lunch, you can:

  • Download TimelyCare, log in and create an account.
  • Schedule a visit with a provider.
  • Get connected to a provider on TalkNow for emotional support.
  • Practice self-care with yoga or meditation.
  • Enroll in Self-Care Journeys.
  • Connect with an accountability partner — a free health coach!

Busy schedule? TimelyCare has you covered. Whether it’s your first time using the app, you need to talk to someone ASAP or you’d simply like some “me time,” all it takes is five minutes. Customize your wellbeing journey with TimelyCare.
