As part of the new procedures implemented this year, an ad hoc committee will be formed each year to review requests for funding for substantive additional assignments. Recommendations will be forwarded to the VPAA/CAO and provosts.

The ad hoc group will work start and end its work in April 2024.

The committee will comprise:

  • One non-restricted, full-time teaching faculty member from each campus division, including IET;
  • Two academic deans;
  • One academic associate dean;
  • One representative from academic affairs; and
  • One representative from human resources.

Teaching faculty interested in serving on this committee can express their interest here by Monday, April 1.
