NOVA Horticulture Program/Club’s Spring Plant Sale, April 16 & 18!
NOVA’s Horticulture Club and Program are pleased to announce the annual plant sale at the Loudoun Campus Greenhouse! This year, we’ll be selling new varieties of annuals, bedding plants and indoor plants that we’ve never offered before. These include more options for shade and greater color diversity. We’ll have 11+ different types of plants to choose from, including Alternanthera, Angelonia, Bacopa, Bidens, Coleus, Fuchsia, Geranium (many types), Impatiens, Lobelia, Portulaca and Scaveola with over 40 cultivars available. See our full plant list here.
Each 5.5” student-grown plant costs $10. We accept payment via cash or check, and individuals making purchases on campus also have the option of using a debit or credit card. The greenhouse will be open on Tuesday and Thursday, April 16 and 18, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. If you’re unable to visit the Loudoun Campus Greenhouse, the Horticulture Club will also be participating in the Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival on Saturday and Sunday, April 20 and 21. You’ll find our booth at the intersection of King Street and Market Street in downtown Leesburg. Come for a weekend of fun and flowers!
