Wellness and Mental Health Summit 2024, April 19

Join us for the Wellness and Mental Health Summit on Friday, April 19, from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The theme of this year’s virtual summit is “Connection Through Hope: Mind, Body and Soul.” This will be an interactive and enriching day of guest presenters, activities and tips to support your wellness as it relates to your mind, body and soul. 

Each session will last either 45 minutes or 15 minutes; sessions will run back to back through the same Zoom link, with a break for lunch. Registered attendees may join us whenever their schedule permits on the day of the summit. Feel free to come and go as you please to accommodate your schedule.
