TimelyCare Registration Contest: Register by May 15
As the spring semester starts winding down, you have another opportunity to win! New TimelyCare registrants are eligible to win a $25 Amazon gift card by creating a TimelyCare account on or before Wednesday, May 15. If you have not already done so, download the TimelyCare app and log in with your VCCS email address to access care whenever and wherever you need it. The winner will be notified by the end of May.
This is a busy time of year — with approaching finals, benefits open enrollment, graduation and other end-of-semester celebrations — but prioritizing your health and wellbeing shouldn’t take a backseat. TimelyCare is available to support your efforts to take better care of your mental health, relieve stress, become happier and improve your relationships. Get registered before concerns arise!

Scheduled Counseling |
Use TimelyCare’s Scheduled Counseling to choose a provider who meets your needs based on their expertise, identity and experience (3 free visits per contract year). |
Faculty and Staff Support |
Dedicated phone line for faculty and staff to reach the TimelyCare team for guidance and support in cases of student distress. Call 833-4-TIMELY (press 2) any time, day or night. Connect with a TimelyCare professional and discuss how to best support your students’ wellbeing. |

Develop positive lifestyle behaviors, including solid nutrition, healthy sleep habits, effective time management and daily mindfulness. Unlimited virtual visits can be scheduled with a health coach. |
New! Peer Community for Faculty & Staff |
Support your peers in sharing and validating life’s challenges and experiences. The “Peer Community” is a safe space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions with a nationwide collective of higher education faculty and staff who are facing the same challenges.
