Monday Campaign: Self-Care Starts Today

April 29, 2024 / Get Well

As we approach the last days of yet another long semester, it’s easy to find ourselves feeling extra tired and maybe even struggling to find our motivation. Semester-ending activities seem to be nonstop, and yet many of us take pride in being able to handle so many things at once. Eventually, though, there’s a tipping point; that’s where stress builds up and burnout creeps in. And that’s exactly why self-care — or “me time” — is so vital.

This Monday, let’s begin the week by deciding to give ourselves some well-deserved attention. Tiny timeouts can make a big difference in helping us feel more relaxed, focused and rejuvenated. Even small actions can boost energy, helping us get back on track to finish out our end-of-semester activities. Check out today’s Monday Campaigns image for a few ideas on how you can easily incorporate some self-care into your day.

Caring for ourselves is just as important as caring for others. So let’s try it this week!

Use the Monday Check-In to help support your wellness efforts. Each week, take what you need and leave what you don’t!
