TimelyCare: Keep Your Gratitude Practices Going!
NOVA wellness partner TimelyCare joins the Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) in celebrating those who participated in this spring’s Gratitude and Appreciation Week. Let’s keep the spirit of the week going! For those who haven’t yet joined in, please consider exploring the content.
Harvard Health Publishing reports that “gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity and build strong relationships,” and TimelyCare offers a selection of resources to help you get and keep the momentum going. Get registered before concerns arise! It takes only a few minutes to download the app and connect to access TimelyCare’s free services. (Be sure to use your VCCS email address to log in.) Additionally, new TimelyCare registrants are eligible to win a $25 Amazon gift card by creating a TimelyCare account on or before Wednesday, May 15. All NOVA employees (full‐time, part‐time/adjunct, p-14) are eligible.
