Military Appreciation Month Lottery for Nats Tickets to run thru May 14 at Noon

In honor of Military Appreciation Month (May) the Office of Military and Veteran Services is pleased to offer a lottery for free tickets to the Washington Nationals vs. Seattle Mariners game on Saturday, May 25 at 4:05 p.m. This lottery is open to all Veteran and Military-affiliated students, faculty and staff through 12 p.m., Tuesday May 14. All lottery winners will be notified by 3 p.m., Thursday May 16.  

Thanks to another generous donation from the Washington Nationals and their Community Ticket Grant Program, 250 tickets were made available. This will provide an opportunity for approximately 50 participants to attend with up to five guests. 

The Office of Military and Veteran Services continues to serve approximately 4,000 Veteran and Military-affiliated students through certification of veteran education benefits, a monthly newsletter, community service projects, a full slate of activities during Veterans Day week and opportunities such as this one provided through the Washington Nationals Organization. The Office of Military and Veteran Services provides comprehensive resources to veterans and military-related personnel who are utilizing VA and tuition assistance educational benefits.

OMVS students will receive an email with the link to register for the lottery. Interested Veteran faculty and staff should use this link to register.
