Open Enrollment for Employee Benefits Ends Wed., May 15
The employee benefits open enrollment period is May 1 to 15. During this time, you can make changes to your health plan and/or flexible spending account (FSA) elections, add or remove family members or waive state health coverage.
Elections made during this period, as well as changes to your premiums, health benefits and FSAs, will take effect July 1, 2024. Be sure to read the Spotlight newsletter, which was mailed to your home address of record, or visit the DHRM’s open enrollment webpage for the enrollment form, summary of benefits coverage and much more information.
Make your elections through May 15 using Cardinal HCM. Need additional information on completing open enrollment online? Please refer to Cardinal’s open enrollment webpage or print, sign and submit a completed enrollment form and send it to benefits@nvcc.edu by COB on Wednesday, May 15.
Remember: No action is required if you have no health plan coverage changes, are not participating in Premium Rewards and are not enrolling in an FSA. Premium Rewards incentive requirements can only be completed during open enrollment to take effect July 1 (see Premium Rewards requirements for additional details).
Enroll or make changes by the deadline: Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
