FY25 Orders Now Open in eVA

Procurement is excited to announce that eVA is now open to submit purchase requisitions for FY25. As we finish this fiscal year and move into the next, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to plan ahead and be well-prepared.

Key Points:

• Submit Blanket Purchase Orders Early
  • By entering your requisitions now, you can have blanket purchase orders approved in advance for FY25. Blanket purchase orders are a tool for managing recurring costs throughout the year, even if the orders vary in timing and price. They allow you to enter one requisition for the entire year instead of each time services are rendered.
• Avoid Confirming Orders
  • We want to stress that confirming orders are noncompliant and must be avoided. Blanket purchase orders often provide a more efficient and compliant alternative.
• Select Fiscal Year 2025 in Allocations
  • When creating your requisitions, remember to update the Fiscal Year to 2025 in the allocations section. This step ensures accurate encumbrance tracking and allocation.
