Learn About Fairfax’s Talent Up, Friday, May 31

May 30, 2024 / Events

NOVA faculty and staff are invited to join Talent Up Fairfax for an information session tomorrow, Friday, May 31, at 9:30 a.m.

Learn about current internship opportunities for students and graduates who are Fairfax County residents — and who have faced COVID-related employment challenges — to test out their skills in paid positions with local employers. Talent Up connects job seekers with employers for short-term work-based learning opportunities, which may lead to temp-to-hire opportunities. The Talent Up team is eager to share with the NOVA community the qualifications, services and application process to help students secure jobs.

Please register here. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the meeting.
