The DHRM Employee Financial Wellness Program continues to provide resources to help you achieve financial independence as your financial wellness remains a priority in 2024. Show Your Pet Some Love. Our pets are family. As a state employee, you qualify for a 20% discount on pet insurance through Spot. To learn more about Spot Pet Insurance check out this video. As a policyholder, you can also receive additional discounts from a number of pet brands through Spot Perks. Employee Discounts. REBRAND COMING SOON! Beginning July 1, the employee discounts webpage will be rebranded to become the Virginia Employee Discount Marketplace. Employees will be able to take advantage of local, Virginia and national discounts exclusively for the Commonwealth’s workforce, their families and retirees. (Please note: When employees access the discounts marketplace for the first time, they will have to create an account using their work or personal email address. The marketplace will validate their email address to ensure that the entry is not a bot, and then they will be able to access all the available discounts.)
