2024 Compliance Training: Recordings 1–3 Now Available!
We are happy to announce that the video recordings of sessions 1 through 3 of the 2024 Compliance Training series are now accessible for viewing. These sessions are integral components of the comprehensive 2024 Compliance Training bundle course available on Canvas. You can register for the course here.
Whether you’re meeting a mandatory requirement or aiming to refine your understanding, these sessions cover essential topics and provide a comprehensive review of our policies and procedures. Feel free to watch one session or explore them all!
To successfully complete the 2024 Compliance Training series and receive credit, participation in all six training sessions is required. Each session includes a quiz and employee attestation at the end of the module to fulfill the session requirement.

- Session 1: FOIA, FERPA & First Amendment — President Anne M. Kress (Introduction), and Hannah Stoneburner, Associate System Counsel and Assistant Attorney General
- Session 2: Title VII/EEO — Tammy Currie, Sr. Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer
- Session 3: ADA/PWFA (Students & Employees) — Krystal Edmead, Director of Accommodations and Accessibility Services, and Tammy Currie, Sr. Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer
- Session 4: FLSA & FMLA — Kim Jewell, Associate Director Benefits and Leave Administration, and Tammy Currie, Sr. Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer
- Session 5: Title IX/VAWA/Clery Act — Rahma Kohin, Title IX Coordinator, and Jake Jacoby, Chief of Police
- Session 6: Student Grievance Process — Nathan Carter, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer
