Free Caregiver Webinar Series, Second Session Today

Caregivers provide essential support to family members, friends and partners who need assistance due to illness, aging or disability. Their hard work and dedication ensure that loved ones can maintain their quality of life. Caregiving is more than a part-time job, though — it’s a 24/7 commitment.  

Caregiving certainly has its challenges, including burnout, physical demands and lost work hours. Kaiser Permanente has put together a four-part webinar series on caregiving. Anyone can attend regardless of whether they are a Kaiser member or not. The sessions are Thursdays through August 1 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The sessions include:

Participation in all four classes are not required but is highly recommended.
