Tomorrow at 9: Self-Care Techniques for Wellbeing Webinar
As we prepare for another upcoming school year, you might be thinking that the summer has flown by — and wishing you had made self-care more of a priority. Feelings of stress, exhaustion and even burnout are common as peak registration approaches.
Join Faith Redd-Walker from NOVA’s Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) and Regina Sanders, director of the Office of Wellness and Mental Health (OWMH), tomorrow as we team up for a not-to-be-missed webinar: “Empowering Employees: Essential Self-Care Techniques for Wellbeing.”
Here’s what you can expect:
- Attendees will be able to identify their own barriers to self-care.
- Once barriers have been identified, attendees will craft their own self-care plan.
- Attendees will have the opportunity to follow up on their plan with the webinar hosts.
The webinar will take place tomorrow, Friday, July 19, at 9 a.m. Click here to secure your spot — we can’t wait to see you!
