Update on Requesting Canvas and Edtech Support
Effective immediately, all Canvas and Edtech support requests must be submitted through the Canvas and Ed Tech Support portal.
If you have questions after normal business hours, or you have general Canvas questions, please check out all of our self-serve resources. Contact Canvas 24/7 Support from the Help button in Canvas’ Global Navigation (bottom left icon) for immediate help to general Canvas questions. Also, Canvas Support is available 24/7 by phone or chat.
